Įach elite requires a combination of rooms to be built before they will enter your dungeon. Also, there is no Elite Maiden of the Nest.
Note: Despite the Elite Skeleton and Vampire being undead, they are still gained through the Portal with their own unique entrance as normal Skeletons and Vampires are gained through the Prison or Graveyard respectively.
